Shipments, Changes and Returns

How much is the shipping?

Spain (Peninsula and Balearic Islands)
If you buy from Spain, Peninsula or Balearic Islands, shipping is free, with no Minimo purchase.

Rest of the world

If you buy from any country in the world, the shipping rate is shown when you enter your address.

How to return an order?

You have 30 days to return your purchase, without explanation. You just have to send us an email to cliente@neckminimo.com requesting the return. As soon as we receive your package and verify that it is in perfect condition, we will refund the money with the same method you used to make the initial payment.

Can I cancel my order?

When you buy at Minimo, you receive a confirmation email with a number assigned to your order. If at that moment you change your mind and wish to cancel it, write to us at cliente@neckminimo.com requesting cancellation and indicating your order number. If it has not yet left our warehouses, we will cancel it without any problem and we will return the money to you at that time. If the package is already in delivery, we will have to wait for it to arrive at our offices again to proceed with the refund.

How to get the size right?

We will be happy to help you at any time, by phone, e-mail or WhatsApp with your questions about the size. In the three product categories you have photos with models indicating their age, height and the size they wear so you can orient yourself.

In any case, you can consult our Size Guide where depending on the diameter of your neck you will know exactly what your size is.

Can I cancel my order?

When you place an order, you receive a confirmation email with a number assigned to your purchase. If at that moment you change your mind and want to cancel it, write us an email indicating that number that we have assigned you. If the order has not yet left our warehouse, we will cancel it and refund your money at that time.

Is it possible to opt for a gift package?

At least we love gifts and for us our best gift is always you. That is why all our garments are delivered packed in tissue paper inside a very nice design pillow-type box. An ideal format to give away.

What are the Minimo payment methods accepted?

The payment methods enabled in our online store are:

· Credit card through VIRTUAL POS

· Through PayPal. Payments through Paypal carry a management fee of 3% that the client assumes when selecting this form of payment (in case of return, that Paypal commission outside of us will not be refunded).

How are the Minimo prices detailed?

All products that appear in the online store are VAT included and shipping costs excluded.

Are card payments really safe?

Minimo takes the security of payments and the confidentiality of the data you communicate to us very seriously. How is the personal data in my account used?
