We want our customers to have the best product at the best price (offering quality, innovation and fashion), to enjoy a magnificent experience, during and after the purchase of every Minimo, feeling satisfied and proud of their purchase.
We are aware that the human factor is essential for the success of any project. Therefore, we attach great importance to all our employees, suppliers and collaborators. We strive so that everyone who is involved in the creation of minimo in one way or another feels part of the family.
From the beginning we were clear that the entire manufacturing process would be developed in Europe to support our industry and be able to access total quality control, guaranteeing the use of the best raw materials. Both objectives achieved. We are located in Madrid and we manufacture in Portugal (just 10 kilometers from Fátima) using the highest quality Italian thread to make our products.
We are aware of the need to commit ourselves to society and to the planet, which is why we do our bit by donating 2% of our turnover to Caritas and the Vicente Ferrer Foundation.
